Cruelty And The Beast é o terceiro álbum de estúdio da banda inglesa Cradle of Filth, lançado em 1998. É um álbum conceitual baseado na vida da "Condessa de Sangue" Elizabeth Báthory. Foi o ultimo álbum de estúdio com o baterista Nicholas Barker, que foi para o Dimmu Borgir.
